Just wanted to update on what I received. One was an error(first one emailed to me), the second and third were so-so but the fourth one, that was emailed today, is amazing. I didn't realize they would send several different logos to choose from. Awesome service - might even pay for the service if I succeed in my IM journey.

I'm glad to hear it.

I think this thread has gotten them a lot more requests than they were preparing for, so I wouldn't be surprised if they stopped taking on new business for a few more days.

I tried and got plenty of cool logos but they give me an .ai file since I have never used any image editing software I have no idea what to do

Use illustrator or inkscape to open and export it in the format of your choice.

Well they should provide a few options like .png but that's fine, the logos were amazing tbh.

Ai is better, trust me. The logo will be in a vector format, and can be scaled as much as you like without pixellating.
