What is a PBN and How would I start one?

I own 437 domains all .co.uk , mostly related to the Manchester area in the UK.
I want to know what the benefits of a PBN are and would I be able to start a powerful one.
Most domains are around a year old - 250+
the rest are 3 years or older.

You don't build a PBN using just random domains. I don't know why you have your current domains but if you registered them for a commercial purpose (plumbersmanchester.co.uk for example), and they weren't previously used for a legit purpose through which they gathered a natural link-profile the domains are basically useless for building a PBN.

Plus; if all domains are registered with your own WHOIS info at the same registrar you better forget about it.

I had these domains from the past atleast 100 are in 1 niche, about 2 years ago I had all these running with backlinks to these pointing to eachother and I dominated the rankings in my niche.
Now I am ranking page 1, 2 - 5 and a lot of sub pages are on these pages aswell.

I believe my set up is now wrong and I think I should go ahead with building a PBN 20 pointing to my 1 money site, in my niche I have like 5 - 6 popular branded money sites which need bringing back up in the rankings.

I dont understand where am I supposed to put the links from the PB to my money site, do I put it from every article on the PB or on just one?

would it be possible to get 1, 20 site PBN set up in 1 month or 2 months between two people? and how drastically would it make me stream through the rankings.

Do they still hold those backlinks, since u seem to have interlinked them do check whether they are deindexed. Because u said u did lose rankings. That is the first step.

Then put them through majestic, Moz and ahref. See what metrics and spam score they have.

Pick the best 50/100 out of them.

Make the registration private/fake Whois.

Build some high power links to them over a period of time.

Meanwhile bring up your money site over a period of time with fresh content and diverse link profile.

Add links from your network when it is time.

You'd want to link once max twice from each of your PBNs to your moneysite. It's a good idea to have some buffercontent inbetween. Usually you'd use a PBN to link out to multiple money sites. A 20 site network within 2 months is doable. What do you mean between two people? As in two people doing the work or using two identities? A PBN is your most powerful asset when it comes to ranking. Do some research on anchor texts so you know what you're doing.

Thanks, All are still indexed I believe, is this a problem? I think I will research into PBN's up until the end of the month and once ive finished my current project build my first one to the highest of quality.

Does the network need maintaining and improving a lot? After building my first one I want to move onto building more, my work partner will be most likely assigned to maintaining them.

Yes, all need to be indexed if the site is up with content. If not, Google has deindexed it after having found out that you are using it to rank sites.

All are still indexed! I will probably begin start of next week. Some of the websites have the same domain name in the .com .co.uk variation. Will this effect my line of work, shall I keep .co.uk sites linked to .co.uk and .com to .com.

Same domain name can bean issue though nota major one if the network is 50/100 site strong. But in a small network it gets noticed.
