Using PBN links packages as tier 2 - Is it fully safe?

Hi,

Right now we are starting working on new site promotion and i'm thinking of using PBN packages sold on BHW as tier 2 links. One of our seo consultant suggested that it can be not sage and he suggest to use it as tier 3 only. So i would really appreciate any suggest about that. Have anybody seen negative effects on new sites using PBN packages as tier 2?

Three things... A) Nothing in linkbuilding is ever "safe." B) This definitely doesn't quality as a white hat tactic in my book. C) PBN links are fine tier two links (like most links) as long as you use them right. Heck most people use PBNs at T1 links...

Don't go and blast a shit ton of PBN links at your T1 and think that's a good idea. If you do it simply keep the quality high, the quantity reasonable, and the anchors smart... and dripfeed. And try to use a quality service. Read reviews, etc...

I've used plenty of PBN links towards T1 never had any problems, just keep in mind the content of the site, age, how many links it already has, use a lot of diversified anchor, dripfeed and you'll be fine

Thank you very much for your ideas. I share same ideas about using PBN and other packages here. Can you tell me what kind of anchors should be used for tier 2 and is it good idea to use direct anchor or it's better to use something more neutral.

You might want to prcise what you hear as PBN link. Because as far as I'm concerned, I own the PBN, and those links are gold because I'm not a reseller.

Which just means your SEO consultant do not sell PBN links, period!

PBN links are right at the top of any link building campaign, but one need to know how to use it wisely. For that matter any link building campaign not done wisely is sure to get Google animals hunting for your site.

With tier 2 you can be generous in giving exact match keywords but depends upon how many other link types you are building other than PBN.

Let's say my tier 1 are branded as jims tacos which is the domain name as well and that's what my back links are hyper linked as. Let's say I'm in Cleveland would it be good for my tier 2s to be branded as Cleveland tacos which is what I want to be ranked for and then my tier 3s to be branded as tacos only?
