This will be my very honest review.
I made 2 orders.
1ST ORDER:
25k NORMAL HR views took around 6hrs to start delivering, after completion check analytics and 96% retention met (very satisfied with this) but only 22k views are provided, seller said he will check with team but did not update me if there will be any replacements.
2ND ORDER:
This time I ordered 50k FAST HR views, once placed order, views started coming almost immediately. After completion check analytics BUT only 17% retention met and 42k provided, same thing did not update if there will be replacements. I consulted seller about the retention because I paid for FAST HR views and 17% is obviously low.
My video is 5mins long and average views are at 0:59min. So this my conversation with seller:
Me: They are all under a min which is only 20% of watch time
Me: This isn't HR views
Seller: fast views usually have over 60 seconds playtime
Me: And I repeat again that my views are under 60sec and at 17% retention only.
Seller: Alright, I spoke to my team
Seller: and I'll use another server for your future orders for more retention
Me: So will there be any replacement because I am supposed to receive high retention views? These views retention are really low..
Seller: can't do replacements but I can make sure you get better retention next time you order
Me: But I paid for super fast HR isn't it? And they are not delivered
Seller: 2-3 seconds retention is considered as low retention or no retention
Seller: you are still getting retention over 55 seconds and that's good
Seller: what I can do for you is offering you a better retention if you wish to order from us in future
Seller: I can't replace the views once they are already sent.
Me: So you mean 17% is high retention?
Seller: 55 seconds is a good retention
Me: So it's not High retention?
Seller: 55 seconds is high but still there is room for improvement
Seller: that Im telling you i'll take care of next time when you place order
Seller: there is no compensation I can provide you atm
So this means that seller calculate secs and mins rather than percentage for retention level, my video is at 5mins, how about those videos above 10mins when seller actually think that 55secs is actually high per our convo. I think this is totally unacceptable because 17% is obviously very low. And there is no compensation or replacements when I actually paid for FAST HR views which states very clearly on the order form.
This means I did not receive what I paid for and furthermore there will not be any replacement and compensation. It took me a lot of effort creating my video and everyone knows that retention really affects how the video will rank.
This is extremely disappointing.
