Mass Planner Instagram Edition Picture Resizing Issue?

I have a lot of posts scheduled to publish on Instagram. Mass Planner has been working good, but it's resizing my pictures to fit in the square frame when I want them to stay in the same aspect ratio as the original (i.e. it's resizing pictures to 1000x1000 with white borders around the picture when I want a picture that's like 1500x750 to stay in that shape). Is there any way to fix this?

MP only resizes pictures if IG sends an error about the aspect ratio, if it works we post it as is, if not it needs a resizing in order to post it. There's nothing more to it, maybe for some reason they don't like the original size. Feel free to contact support and talk more about this though, send an example image and they will take a look and see what happens exactly.

Thanks. It's working good now. I had a picture that was too big for Instagram so it did the old style resizing, but all the other ones have posted fine.

Thats good to hear, but am a bit pissed off that they dont let all their members know !!
