Help With Post ranking.

Hi Guys
I have seen many people who are making number of posts on a wiki site and these posts get ranked in google within 12 hours. For example they are making posts like Get 20 kg weight loss in 2 days with their number, and their post get ranked on top for the keyword "weight loss in 2days" in only 10-12 hours. How they are making it possible? I would appreciate if someone explain me.

They do the multiple posts for the same keyword. Like 200-300 posts.
