Got my first spam flag... Got some questions before continuing

Hey, so I will continue my old thread that I got down in ranks, so in the morning I got the mail from google saying that I got flagged...

I understood that I can't get both sites back, as I'm using them for bh CPA niches...

Now, before continuing, I want to know some things instead of getting flagged again, I understood that I don't need to put links of each other inside them.

What about Webmasters Tool, should I create a new account and add each domain to 1 account?

Also, my way was to create tumblrs with good stats and make them tier 1 backlinks with spinned article, how many times should I spin the same article before switching to a new one?
Is it okay to use all the tumblrs with good stats as tier 1 backlinks?

Did you just have Tumblr links? You need link diversification or else you look suspicious.

Op you should create one account per domain, although I don't see the point of using gwt if you're into BH thingy.

Tumblr is good for tier 1 but you need other links to diversify your link profile.

And I would create unique content for my tier 1 if I were you. Spun articles are meant for tier 2 imo.

No tumblr won't get you a penalty.

Dont just rely on tumblr use other web 2.0 too best is use social sites like twitter and all expired old twitter accounts do well

What do you mean finding expired twitters? just finding them and tweeting my site once and leaving them?
Also, do you have any recommendation for which other web2.0 I should get with scrapebox?

I'm using GWT to fetch my site once and then just looking at backlinks and other data, is there a problem?
Do you have any other suggestions for other links to get with scrapebox? I did not have any luck with others...
Would you recommend making more tumblrs, creating my own articles and then making tumblrs with spun articles to my tumblr?

Why would you ever use Webmaster Tools on a blackhat site? It's utterly pointless. You're giving the enemy full access to your site. It's well known (or at least well theorized) that Google manually reviews suspicious sites they find in GWT first.

Just read all the treads about people having entire accounts full of sites penalized at the same time, because they were in the same webmaster tools account.

If you're using Tumblr for backlinks and feeding it with spawn content, it's a good idea to make sure that the content is mixed up enough.

Put a lot of variety in the content that you use to feed your tier 1 backlink websites.

Tumblr may be a good link source, but you need to make it look as natural as possible.

Also, as mentioned above, you might want to mix things up by getting other link sources.

Believe it or not, Tumblr is not the only source of backlinks on the internet. There are other sources out there.
