In the last 2 weeks cloaking certain niches has become nearly impossible for me.
Specially the skin products/diet niche. I am using Fraudbuster as cloaking service.

I tried changing the keywords to some less aggressive keywords.. for example: "lose weight" --> "get in shape"

Still all my new campaigns get instantly banned or disapproved. So i was thinking perhaps my 'safepages' aren't according to Adwords/Bing TOS. They all have disclaimers,ToS, privacy policies, ads free etc.. but still not getting approved.

Usually my 'safepages' are soft review type of pages or healthy recipes pages.. But the fact that you are not allowed to use bridge pages is cutting deep in my testicles. How does Adwords want us to promote a site if we aren't allowed to link to any 3d party website within it.

Anyone with more cloaking experience who can help with this issue?
Feel free to PM here or on skype.. can reward if your solution happens to be THE solution i was looking for. Lets help each other out, i also have some great info to share back.

:) cheers

I am not using any cloaking service right now but have a good knowledge of google adwords and bingads. It looks like now these days they are doing manual review of the account for any kind of suspicious keywords.

So you are telling me this is completely keyword related?

I can confirm keyword-related reviews. Try to use similiar keywords, exact matches, ... - any change in your common way of work can help

also I never tried it my own but I heard fraudbuster sucks and has critically high bleed rate anyway

I use FraudBuster, it doesn't have a high bleed rate as afaik.

The problem is with AdWords is not bleed rate.

Let me define bleed rate first,
The amount of traffic which is being sent to the safe page. It can be bots, crawlers, reviewers and spy tools.

If AdWords bot visits your URL every 10 minutes, then in 100 minutes - you'll receive 10 hits from bot, and cloaker will send them to the safe page.

If you only received 2 real visitors in 100 minutes, then your bleed rate is (2/10)*100 = 20% Bleed rate.

These days, AdWords sends lots of bot visits to check if people are using bait and switch.

@OP, your problem is not cloaking or cloaker. You don't know how to get approved for such risque keywords and no cloaker is going to help that.

Cloaker only prevents you from manual and bot reviewers, your ads still need to be compliant.

You can run a few days with a more compliant ad and replace it with your black hat ad later

Any other advice for the OP?

It's strange that I am not allowed to edit my previous post.

Bleed rate should be: 2/12*100= 16.66% , hopefully, I am able to get my point across.

Yea, it's still mostly the same.

You run compliant landing page and ads for quite sometime, later you switch to
cloaked campaigns.

Most of these people who are claiming that cloaking isn't work for them are
lazy.

I am sure they didn't even take any steps to isolate their ad accounts, or used
a different domains/server IP for a new ad accounts, prolly they never ran any
safe ad on account and cloaked aggressive stuff right away or their ad copy
screams that they are doing something shady.
