@Asif WILSON Khan - Your thread related to banning tech support discussions removed as its going off topic blaming particular country. When speaking about legal implications, still in bhw we allow paypal, ebay stealth accounts selling, which also comes under legal implications. As far as topic gets posted in adwords or ppc section, its allowed to discuss.

In that thread a guy TrafficBroker Allen. stated that indians are scammers. and Mis-behaviors (Used similar words). For his Kind information. I'm an indian too. And i got scammed for $10k worth dollars by users from US or UK. But i never complained because it was my fault. I should have done my due diligence. So Same thing applies to everyone. Scammers are every where and from every where. If you got scammed by indians. Don't deal with any indian atall. But you cannot ask on a forum to ban users from a particular country just because you got scammed or you had bad experience with someone from that country.
