So i just had a site disappeared out of SERP just today. I haven't done anything drastic, apart from buying seo services here and there.
The only time I used my main kw was 1 year ago, and it has nothing wrong, all kws moved up. I then followed a very strict strategy to only use naked URL for linking.
I went in ahrefs to check, and the anchors are all naked URL anchors dominating the charts. Tried to poke and dig everything I can find for a mistake but couldn't. The only thing I'm guessing is that the naked URL is being used as anchor was perhaps the culprit. I suppose I can actually link out without making anchor text?
Oh and btw, if you really want to find out if your site is really deindexed, just create a googl url shortener and you will see if it links out or not.
It sucks to have happened at such critical time when i needed cash the most. All other proj have failed except for this site earning 500$ per month. To think of rebuilding this is just ridiculous. I don't exactly have tons of cash to be investing in all sorts of IM stuffs.
