Update after 3 weeks:
Current positions: #31, #36 and #36 for the same keywords. So positive movements.
Note:
1. I chose the brand only campaign so it may take a little longer to see positive results. I will continue to next months posts and will update again if any movement!
2. The site is a well presented (over 1 year old) and SEO'd site, regular updates with high quality articles and has been static in rankings for approx 2 months +
3. These are highly competitive keywords so any movement up is very good.

I stayed for three month and had a mere of around 5 more KW in the top 20 with teh 15 posts brand option.
I cancelled the subscription as I increasingly began to find backlinks from very unrelated places like a 2 boxing websites, whilst I am in the beauty niche. The topic was not about the specifics I gave, but more general.

Now I requested an invoice and after cancelling, GenesisPBN became a bit unresponsive unfortunately.

1. You were using the BRAND only option. Unfortunately, we cannot control how fast you're going to see results using this. Looking back at all of our results on Serpbook, 3 months is actually quite normal and I'd say the minimum time you're looking to wait before expecting results with the BRAND only plan is around 2-3 months anyway.

2. We never claim your posts are going to be topical/niche relevant. This is something we're working on for the future but for now, your posts are not guaranteed to be niche relevant. This was made clear throughout this thread over the last few months.

3. Regarding your invoice: it will be sent out later today. We have a different team who handles invoices, hence the delay.

Thanks for the review/update! And yep, the BRAND option does take a good few months to fully kick in from experience.

I agree. I stayed for 2 months on a low competition keyword (KC 21) and my ranking dropped from 27 to 39. Checking the link profile on Majestic I get shown "deleted". Checking Google Webmaster only showed a few sites and many 404 errors. I cancelled right before I was billed for the third month, and asked some questions. All I got was: "It looks like your subscription for order has been cancelled and you’ll no longer be receiving our services." I felt that the service was top-notch before this reply and was considering re-subscribing after getting an answer, but looks like I'm wrong.

1. Majestic is going to show "Deleted" for posts that drop onto Page 2.

2. WMT isn't going to pick up every single link of ours. Sometimes it can take a while.

3. You sent us a question just under 48 hours ago.. have some patience please and someone from our team will get back to you. We respond to all questions/tickets in the order we get them and yours is at the end of the queue just now so you'll most likely get a response later tonight. As for the "it looks like your subscription has been cancelled" message... that is sent AUTOMATICALLY by our system/PayPal whenever you cancel a subscription. We do not send those out manually and I'm not sure why you thought we did.

As for your rankings dropping, it's unfair to point the blame directly at our links. I had a look at your backlink profile and other aspects on your site just now which could also explain the drop for your keyword. Just because you used our service before the drop happened doesn't always mean our links were the reason for the drop.
