Hi all,

I want to rank a Dutch website (.nl) for a client. Among other things, I want to use GSA and blast 2.0s etc. that are linking to that website.

The 2.0s are in Dutch and ideally I would blast it with links from Dutch websites. But my attempts at doing this, have failed miserably. I keep getting links from websites from all over the world with only occasionally a Dutch one.

Is there anyone here with experience with doing this for European (non-English) websites, that would like to help me? If so:
  • Would you just blast international links to the 2.0? Why (not)?
  • Do you have tips how to get links from Dutch websites with GSA? I have already set Search engines/Anchor texts/Keywords to Dutch and blocked all countries/languages except Dutch.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Any backlink will help you but Dutch ones will give you more power if you target Dutch searches.

When scraping for websites add "site:.nl) to your keywords .

I'd avoid "blasting" in favor of creating a Dutch PBN. Make sure to use Dutch language and use Dutch domains and take the time to slowly devolope a quality network. You can supplement this with Dutch language social links and blog comments of Dutch sites, but the key is targeted quality and staying in your language and region. USA .com links are not what you need here.

You client know that , you are going to blast his website with GSA links ? If you have permission you can hire some one to scrape list for yourself.

Thanks for your input, guys. That helps a lot.

Creating a Dutch PBN is certainly something I am considering.

I gave them some context. I dont think this will be a problem since I know them quite well, but thanks for the warning. Anyways, I can just remove/disavow the 2.0 link if it goes wrong. I will be testing the waters and monitoring it closely.

And thanks for the suggestion, I will certainly keep that in mind.

I agree with creating Pbn in your local language. That's surely the way to go.
