DNTX and ZEROPARK not converting for my tech support offer..please give some suggestions..

I'm not sure about zeropark, but dntx is definitely a bot traffic. It shows good behavioral indicators like time on the web-site and bounce rate, but all those are not real people. You may try hotjar and watch video of their behavior on the web-site and you'll see the movements are not of a real person.
Search for other networks that give really good traffic.

Can you suggest some good networks who deliver results??

I use Bing cus it's cheap and drives results. For banner advertising I use sitescout cus there are lots of targeting options.
I've tried ppcmate, but it's like dntx -- low quality bot traffic. So, at this point I can't advise you something better than Bing.

Thanx i know many ppc networks but dont know which is really driving result ,,already tested and wasted lots of money thats why seeking help here ...suggest me few pop or search sources which are giving results

Frankly speaking, have no idea. They say that bing doesn't allow any VCCs, so I haven't even tried. If you find a good solution, share it with us.
