DNTX and ZEROPARK not converting for my tech support offer..please give some suggestions..

Hey,
I have approved DNTX and ZEROPARK account from India and i am cloaking them to run tech support offers but i am not getting any conversion on these two networks . Can any one please help or guide me to bring conversion on these networks ??

I suggest Zeropark because DNTX don't have large amount of traffic and it is not effective compared to zeropark.

I think he means AdWords not AdSense. AdSense is to EARN money with your website, not for media buying
