Hello, i know i am a fairly new member here. But i am looking for someone to help me with withdrawing money from my limited paypal account (180 days passed),i have around 250$ in it. And i am willing to share it with someone 60/40.

Basically looking for a guy with a bank account from one of these countries,or with a vba whatever you have i guess.

Need a vba probably that will allow me access to the funds from the limited account. Or need a guy who wants to withdraw them and split that cash.
Secondeye does not offer that,they offer shit like documents,but i dont want to unlimit the acc. Not worth paying 100$ for documents if they have any fail rate (there is a possiblity they'll deny it)
