CPC zero clicks but still paid

if made an advertisement on Facebook with Cost per click but it spend 0,14 cent for reaching 34 people with 0 clicks.

I have a ad and If set it to pay per click have paid 14 cents but have no clicks, and it says I only need to pay when people click.

You should kill that ad and then relaunch the ad. This is the way you can solve the problem.

No one cpicked ur ad .. and it already reached 1 million facebook user without any click .. you will not get paid .. no yoi will be also paid for the reach however u choosed pay per click not for impression ..

see the screenshot, if you pick impression on when you get charged option then you will pay when impression out no matter you get clicks on site or not.. you need to pick link clicks (CPC) if you want to pay when you got clicks to your site.
