If I hire a graphic designer on fiverr how do I make sure they don't reuse the design I want created on another website?

It's fiverr... you get what you pay for... exclusive logos cost hundreds of dollars. And exclusive websites would cost more.

True get yourself Adobe cc trial and make Some Quick ones yourself brother ! Illustrator and Photoshop is fast for that purpose. Check out a couple Of casts on youtube and you are Off. You are the designer

You itself look for the logo and make it. you can able to get more ideas from the YouTube which will make your process more easy. I'm willing to hire the designer... I have a design in mind, just wondering how do I make sure the designer doesn't use my design in the future?

When u have made the design you can take digital copyright for a dollar or something. I think cloud flare has some add on thingie were they actively are searching online when someone uses your design and notify you!

Then you wait and research if the dude is monetizing your design! If he earns good ! Contact him and ask for cash, if he don't want to pay go ahead and file and take all of his cash!!

I would let them know you are going to ask for it, before they do the design and before they get paid. I had quire a few graphics made for me and I never had someone re-use the design. I also paid around $100 for them

I think You can go to several online vendors and take out digital rights. But best is to signup for a service that monitors and help You with both.

From what I've heard, a lot of designers re hash used graphics for their clients on Fiverr anyways, it's like the post above said, exclusive quality graphic design costs much more to do.

You could also look into learning graphic design yourself, will save you a lot of headaches in the long run!

In general, you should be very careful buying design services on Fiverr, there is just way too much garbage and copy&paste.

So, you want your design implemented, but you don't want it to be reused? Make your designer sign a contract.
But honestly, it won't help unless you are willing to go to court and if the guy lives in another country - you're screwed.

Although I don't really get your concerns. How unique is your design?
