Expert needed for estimate value of site

Hello BHW.

It's always hard to estimate the real value of a website. I'm writing this post to find good people who want to give their opinion about a website talking about new technologies. I will not share here the link for privacy reasons and not only.

It's a starting site, it has no earnings for now because i decided not to monetize for the first 6 months to keep my articles as clean as possibile before the monetizing options.

No earning = no value.

It takes a good 6 months of solid/consistent revenue to be able to give a real value to a site. Overall, i'd say sites usually go for 12-14 time the monthly revenue (on average) for the past 6 months to 1 year. I've known people (and paid) for sites up to 20x the monthly revenue because of the "potential" of the site. By potential, I mean high volume keywords that were ranking high page 2 - low page 1 that I felt I could bring those ones in top 3 position.

What about traffic? How many are you getting and from where? I bought several sites with no earnings but enough traffic to generate $30 via AdSense.

The site gets 5k visit months average..the most is organic, the direct and referral..
