I thought of an idea, is it possible to make some sales offering backlinks on fiverr? I was thinking I can buy scrapebox and learn how to use it, and then charge $5 for a couple thousand backlinks. Will this result in a couple sales a day? How do gigs gain popularity and more buyers on fiverr?

For now many newbie over fiverr are buying fake reviews.. other than this a quick turnaround is not possible..

I'm sorry I don't understand, are you saying that it's not possible to make consistent money doing this?

Firstly with scrapebox, i dont think its active and worth investing your time these days.. those backlinks dont seems to work when made in bulk these days with Google. For getting sales over Fiverr, it seems little difficult if you are newbie. So buy fake reviews for your gig initially and then lets see what happens.. Consistency is not assured..

By listing without review exchanges it may take you roughly 2 months to get your first sale.

Overall after every 3-5 weeks then 2-4, leading to wait for more growth or end up nailing it by getting consistent sales.

If stuck you can always sell via buyer requests for more luck.

I think it's overdone as well, and not done particularly well by most providers. For the most part all you can get at Fiverr is re-outsourced work. Everyone is running an arbitrage scheme, and working all the angles to generate sales despite not really offering much of anything of value.

That said, yes it does work, and the tips to join an exchange and/or buy some reviews are one of the only demonstratively obvious ways to get exposure on there. There's better stuff to offer with less competition that is easier to put together. Just look around for some fiverr threads here on BHW. There's plenty of information about how to run an arbitrage model there.

Not a couple thousand. Last I checked the going rate was about 35K for $5. But Ive purchased a lot of these gigs just to test, and roughly 0% of them actually deliver what they promise, lol. Seriously, if you link check what you get back, they are giving you 35K "Submitted" but not 35K actual links.

So in time you could build up a following for actually delivering links, but you may fare better selling links on ebay or other places too.

Scrapebox is completely active. It gets developed every single day. In fact inside of the last year they rebuilt the program from the ground up with over 1.1 million lines of code. If thats not active, I don't know what is.

Also these links can work in google. They aren't the end all like they were in 2010 where you can rank with only scrapebox links, but Id bet you don't even know that scrapebox can post to blogs, guestbooks, image platforms and more? More then 30 platforms. Most people lump scrapebox into the "its a blog comment software from years ago" category without realizing that link building is only 1 tiny fraction of what it can do. And it does that better then most people realize, if you use it well.

OP: Scrapebox is the swiss army knife of SEO, you could probably sell other services not so cut and dry as "mass link building" and fare better.
