You've given us no information thus far on diagnosing the problem. It's like going to the doctor and saying I'm sick, then keeping quiet when he asks you for symptoms. :-/

Make sure you are not temporary blocked from following/unfollowing.

if youre blocked from following sometimes FL registers it as "followed" but in reality its not its a small bug that messes shit up ik its a headache

That's a bit too heavy for an account which is 7 days old. Loosen up your setting a bit.

I have the same problem with older accounts ( 2 year old account)

Instagram has a new update. it detect interval during follow/like/unfollow for 7/24 bot.
i also test it with shuffle tasks for 24 hour and it will get this error again and again:
