OK, please shoot me down in flames. You have a ready made site with 10k of relevant content with great keywords, forgive me for being skeptical, but why don't you just earn 1000 times more with some linking? Seeing as though the everything else is A1?

Because having a website with 10,000 words of content around great keywords won't make you a lot of money unless you put in a lot of work into promotion and off-page SEO. It can take months to rank a new site and make money from it, not to mention how hard it gets to maintain tonnes of websites. I'd rather make people websites and use the money I get from them to scale up the profit of my current websites than to keep making new sites from scratch.
