Ok my report was delivered may 10th, not too long ago but I'll post an update on the effects
So far many links have been indexed, but certainly not all. The pages who have had their links detected have rose somewhat, however this was only after creating a lot of supporting content. My keywords are very low competition, several of them not even in triple digit search per month, so I had expected a bit more from the $240 package. Still if the remaining links ever hook up to my site I image it should help more.
To check the indexing I did as instructed in the report and copy/pasted the URL in google. Many showed up while some did not. This did not meet the up to 15 days to index stated in the report.
The posts look fine but I would hardly call it relevant to my site. The post before and after mine are fashion then SEO so the relevance doesn't really exist. another has debt collectors and other finance posts, which is nowhere near my niche. Maybe I was confused for a finance niche because it looks as though many of my links are surrounded by that niche.
As stated in the original post the DA on my links are quite high for most sites, seven below 40. The PA is stated high Yet show up as 1 via moz bar. This is probably because moz cannot update every page instantly so I trust they are as high as stated.
Overall the links did not help as much as expected, the newer pages who received 10 links are still only getting up to 2 views per day. Not too exciting but maybe more time will help
