Hi Guys!

I am looking for high traffic keywords (US and UK) with low competition. Not CPC keywords.

Keywords find for high traffic is depends on the type of your niche. Analyse your competition site keywords and get idea of your own. For instant keyword research, use keywordtool.io which helps you to find the competition of keywords that whatever you want.
 
Just search the forums for the BHW keyword generator. It's a tool made by one of the members here. Same guy that made the PayPal money generator. Can't remember the username.
 
Try google keyword planner to find the keywords by your own in easy ways.
