Need to extract something urgent

Hey guys, I am very confused.
I have to extract all data from this page http://sec.up.nic.in/ElecLive/resultsearch.aspx
but it's too big and will take ages if I do it manually... is there anyway to download all data at once?
Dropdown List Language is in Hindi.
Please tell me how to do it.

You could get a custom scraper that does this for you.
Goes through all categories and subcategories and scrapes the data, but the data looks like
graphics to me, not sure how you want to scrape that, or just the data in excel.
