Also, don't try to do multiple blogs at once. Focus on a single one and do it to the best of your ability. You will make many mistakes (and learn from them) with it, so don't be let down if/when it fails.

I have 0 knowledge ,like zero ,what can I ask if I don't know what to ask,all I know is need WP,writes articles,thats all,and that I want some passive income few dollars or 5 dollars a day,that would have been better question?

The basics of blogging can be found by reading the forum or a quick google search. If there is anything specific then ask a question and people will try to answer.

You can go to wordpress.com or blogger.com. There are free services for bloggers.
Make an account and start posting.
If you are serious about making money, find a reliable web hosting company. They will help you to install WordPress, and get a domain name. But it requires some technical knowledge.

Do you want to know how I got started blogging? I used Blogger (you can use Wordpress) and... I wrote articles. Just create a blog using one of those two sites, choose a niche (e.g., cooking, fishing; something you like), and write articles as they come to you. Everything is straight-forward with those blogging platforms and, in the event that you can't figure how to use them, there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube.

Worry about the other stuff like SEO and marketing later and focus on writing when you start the blog. While doing SEO at the beginning will make things easier later on, you can learn how to do SEO while you learn how to blog. Eventually, once you refine your skills, you can migrate your blog to a self-hosted Wordpress site and continue blogging from there.

First of all I would suggest that you use a paid hosting if you wish to advertise. Wordpress prohibited third party advertisement, and violation to terms leads to ban. Second, have theme. Like the category on which you want to write. Search long tail target keywords and then learn SEO.
