Safe website for torrenting

Hello, lately I've been torrenting some different media files for my own personal use. The only problem I'm running into however, is my Internet provider (Bright House) is sending an email from a lawyer to the primary account holder for each torrent downloaded. Is there a safe way to download torrents or a different website that will go undetected? Thanks
