EXTREMELY URGENT SITUATION !! Help me to report someone

Hey, I don't have much time, i will explain it as quick as possible.

Someone just took one of my personal photos with EXACT description and he even tagged me on the photo !!! everything is pretty clear that the photo is mine, like the post time or anything else i can't think of right now. How can i report it to Instagram so they can remove it right away because they took it without my permission.
I don't see any options for my case in Report menu.

he used a repost app. if he mentioned you, he didnt mean to steal your stuff. what is there to report. just DM him.

Yeah, not much you can do. The other account mentioned you, thus stating that you are the owner of the image.
Try reporting it to Instagram as stated by Neon. It may work, but don't get your hopes too high.

He says i won't remove it and the fact is he has less followers than me and it doesn't help me at all.

If he said NO, then report the photo to Instagram. Intellectual property violation or something like this lol.

There is an option like that but when i tap on it, it says some craps and says "Learn more" there is also some options in related "learn more" page but all of them says "Sorry, we can't process your request at this moment please try again later"

there u go, aslo u should try wattermarking your pics, so that people sees where it came from. theres a program called ImBatch that could help you doing this in bulk

there u go, aslo u should try wattermarking your pics, so that people sees where it came from. theres a program called ImBatch that could help you doing this in bulk

It is very easy to get rid of a watermark. There are actually ios apps that get rid of watermarks and are really affective.
