How to get more organic keywords?

Hello,
I am writing this topic because I have great need of help.
I developed with my brother a website on the niche of specialized employment in socio-cultural activities.
the site is 2 years old, he had a complete overhaul in January 2016 (responsive title tag, H1, H2, meta ...)
When I used Hrefs, it shows me only 127 organic keywords. When I compare my competitors they have several thousands of organic keywords ...
I want to know how to get thousands of keywords?

Those thousands of keywords you see in Ahrefs come from your competitor's website having more Google trust than yours does. It comes with age, good links, social signals etc. Most of them are longtail keywords that have 10 (if that) searches per month.

In order for you to get those keywords ranking, you need to focus on building powerful links. Good web 2.0s and PBN links will do. This gives your site more authority and in turn your site starts showing up in the SERPs for all those random keywords.

When you say "Powerful building links" it's about creating internal link (eg article writing)? for Web 2.0 it is useful to order services on this board? Or even self do so with the technical sub domains / domain free blog? for PBN, it is best to take a niche "job" or more specialized in the field of employment?

I would suggest you to regularly update the website with high quality, long articles targeting targeting your niche keywords and then build a few backlinks around them. It will help your longtail keywords rank faster and your short tail keywords will follow the ranking.

Check your & your compeditor keywords with semrush. It is free. Than search the one u want to rank for and check your compeditors backlinks and "copy" them

Just take your competitors URL and enter into Semrush. You will get all the keywords used in your competitor sites then take low competition keyword. Or There are many steps to get 100000 of keywords in 2 or 3 days. Are you looking for only keywords or low competition keywords?

Find what people are actually searching for in your target keyword niche. Use Google keyword planner a free tool that will show you an estimate for any search phrase. Write the best content, create blog page, sales leading page. Write superb content about your keyword and post in any way you want.
