What I like about the graph (which is not the same for all the accounts) is that while I am unfollowing, I am still gaining followers. That tells me that there is natural growth on the account.

I use socialblade, google it, add your account, and you have daily stats. I just use those values and copy it to my spreadsheet. Hope that helps

Currently my only only focus is to grow my Instagram accounts. Once I get to about 5,000 followers, I will start to push the site more.
