As soon as I reached around 50 subscribers on my channel I though that I would try and make a go at building Youtube channels and to start a thread on here.

The channel has grown quite a bit and is only 28 days old. As with Youtube stats their is a 48 hour delay (+ an extra delay as they messed up stats for the 21st May). Furthermore the channel has grown from the views seen their as today I had around 5000 views. From my little experience of YouTube that's quite a lot of views for such as short amount of times.

I believe this is due to the content put onto the channel. Without being to specific its a niche of News content. 67% of my views are from suggested videos so this is the main driver of my views.

This is the ad-revenue so far. Also I have above average $CPM but its against YouTube TOS so I won't be posting that.

My goals are:
- To eventually build up to 5 - 10 channels of this kind. This channel posted above is the UK oriented one and hopefully I will be able to build channels of different countries to increase ad revenue.
- For the month of June to hit the adsense minimum to withdraw with £60 ($80).
- Long term for 1.5 million views upwards.
- Post one video a day on each channel I have.

Seems a good revenue for the views you're getting. With news content, you will probably have a few viral videos (with luck) every month. That will get you much, much more money and relevance. Try to convert those viewers into subscribers, who are more engaged, and you might be able to expand the earnings selling to them directly (affiliate, commission...).

Channel 1 (UK):

Total Ad Revenue: $21.41

Been working on starting up Channel 2 (USA):
Subscribers: 0

21st May 2016:
Ad Revenue: $0

22nd May 2016:
Ad Revenue: $0

Takes a while to build up viewership of these type of channels but consistency of the content is key.

That's near average. I would be happy. For future updates, consider adding the revenue and views on the same graph (add metric -> revenue).

How do you optimize your youtube channel?
And what about your video in the design?
Whether it's re upload video from other sites, or how?

It's re-upload from other News website/TV programs. As @belarminito11 states, its about getting a news video that goes semi-viral. 75% of all my views is from one video. Also as you put out more videos they will be suggested more often + added to other peoples playlists which helps to build up an audience.

Do not reupload will be marked with spots and immediately deleted youtube video?

how many claims are there against your channel?

My very first YouTube journey was identical to this, it was great at first until competitors start to notice the amount of views you are starting to get and the false flagging begins.

I am not simply re-uploading YouTube videos, I'm screen capturing video's on News Websites then re-uploading them to YouTube. There's a number of channels that do this and they monetize it who are relatively big. I've uploaded 50 videos and 1 of them got a copyright notice. No recent videos have had any copyright notice, just the once early on.

Things going well on the youtube channel. After a peak it slumped for a bit and now is on the rise again. Also today and hopefully in the next few days I should hit 10k views in one day. Subscriber count is now up 245 which I am happy with as the channel is not even 2 months old yet.

Fun with a YT journey for once! Good luck to you :)

How you find open playlists to add your videos ?
I have tried searching but all i find are closed ones where i can't add anything

How do you do seo ytb.make people search or see your video

So, how is it going?
Can you share some news with us?

Did you account get banned or what? This is what i assume right now as you do not update the thread.

That's actually interesting, recording screen and getting a new video. Nice idea, but yeah, don't expect it to be longterm, but it's a good business to make some money. Nice, keep up the good work.
