Really can't help for iOs, but you have two options: 1) bluestack 2) Instagram site + iMacro
Anyway I have tested imacro and tried to automate follow tasks directly on IG site, but my password have been reset and I got scared xD My pc was using the same IP as my mobile device.

When you want the best possible result, you do it manually. Period.

Not spam following lol If you think all those tempbans you've acquired from manual work have no repercussions, you're insta game isn't as strong as you think. Follow limits are like less than 500/day now. So how much are you gaining a day? A few hundred? What qualifies you to be an authority on Instagram growth? Because a 90k account doesn't cut it.
