Someone keeps reporting my sites to google

Is there a way to protect your sites from being reported to google, I have a competitor who keeps reporting my sites in every niche I am competing with him in to google, he's done this to me in over 3 niches and twice for the same niche, is there a way to protect myself from this?

Also what is the best way to make this dude pay for using these bs tactics and fking with folks income like this, ive lost over $10,000 of my income because of this fuker.

What are you getting reported for? and how do you know it is your competitor reporting you?

Unless you linking all your site's together, leaving footprints on social media or not hiding who is info, how is this guy managing to find your sites? Even in diff niches?

Are you copying all his niches? If so, you deserve to be reported.

It doesn't make sense for a competitor to go out of their way to report a site outside their niche, so something is not adding up here.

because he's did it in a few niches , he was ranked 1 in 2 niches then I outranked him and he reported my sites, then i setup a new site and was reranking it and was on page 2 then he did it again, for the same niche and for another niche I was ranking in which he is currently ranking #1.

it's a ppd niche and I always use the same domain name for each niche: niche*hackandcheats.com/org/net so its not hard to find my sites

I don't think there is way protect from being reported but all you need is filter it will help yourself when people Hijack your google analytics property ID.
Go to your google analytic standard reports and change the options.
And set the 'Host Name' you want to get rid of.

To answer your question, you can't prevent anyone from reporting your website. Being authority would reduce the damage done but you can't stop them from reporting it.

Maybe stop competing in obvious blackhat niches? Unless you can build up a ton of authority first and then go attack the money keywords, then you might be safe from getting hammered next time. I do diversify its not my backlink profile guy, I have several sites still up and ranking in niches I am not competing with him in and I used the same types of links for those sites as these, im telling you its this dude, he's tried all kind of shit like 301 redirecting spammy domain names to my sites etc.

All the sites are on the same server with the same hosting service, same name registrar and the same theme with similar domain names. This is not the first time he's tried to neg seo me dude, he's been trying all kinds of shit for like the last 2- 3 months, spammy 301 redirects, sending bulk backlink. Im not stupid dude, I know who it is doing this to me it's not hard to spot when he's been trying to take me down the past few months whenever I outrank his sites or im about to outrank his sites.
