Hello there my friend. This is an update from a friend and someone who wants to see you succeed.
The few numbers of customers complaining about their articles been overdue is bad for your business. Just try and satisfy them and have a thread filled with great reviews. Honestly, i was about ordering some few articles, but the numbers of complaining customers is much. i don't want to join their queue.
It is much better and much more professional if you simply say you have some orders you need to complete, before taking more.
This will make your customers know your truthfulness and trustworthy. Don't take all orders and get all confused.
Wishing you the best. Like i said, no hatred intented. Just want to see you succeed.

Im really glad to see that you want my business succeed and I have already taken your advise very seriously. Its not like my clients aren't happy.. I strive my levels best to satisfy them and produce top notch content for them.
Most of the clients posting here are just wanting an update. Its not like we have gone beyond the Turn Around Time or they are not happy with the quality. Im yet to receive a Single Negative FeedBack about the quality of content. Sometimes the clients don't order correctly to like there is a client who paid for 2500 words and he wanted content for 3000 words. My team got messed up on what to do and that delayed his order. Another client was already sent the content via email but he thought it is yet to be sent since it went straight to 'Junk'. The Quality of the Content is outstanding. Im claiming this because of the native writers working on my end.
We are able to handle any quantity of orders and we are still open for orders!
