Is Paxum.com A Scam? Can You Share Your Experiences?

Hey

So that´s the story, I joined paxum in 2014 and until now had no issues with them, I get paid about $200/$300 a month from some networks and I was withdrawing monthly to my bank account with no problems.

Trying to avoid the fee each month, and taking in mind I didn´t need the money, I stopped making withdraws and just let get the payments there and had planned doing that until reached $1,XXX and make the withdraw.

I am sitting at $1,500+ and want to start some new projects, and decided to use that funds to cover all expenses.

Here starts the strange part of the story, I have tried to make my withdraw as always to my bank account, but instead of completing the order as requested, it has taken the commission of about $9 from my balance, and sent $1.37 to my bank account, keeping the rest of balance on my paxum account, when it was supposed to take the commission and send all the money to my bank.

At that point I thought maybe it was my bad and made wrong the order, so tried to withdraw the money for second time, and happended exactly the same, they have discounted a second commission, snent to bank account $1.38 this time and rest of balance is on my paxum account. I even made a scrrenshot before confirming the order just to make sure all fields were ok..

Obviously I haven´t tried for a third time, I have opened a ticket really mad and embarrassed about the situation but taking in mind today is Sunday I guess will not get a reply until tomorrow.

I always thought I could trust paxum as much as Paypal for example, where never had any kind of problem for 7 years now, and when had, a quick phone call solved it.

Lesson learnt I guess, I will never keep a substantial amount of money on a payment merchant anymore.

At first I thought it could be some kind of technichal problem, but after investigating a little on line and discover sites like that, I am getting really worried now and wondering if I will ever see my money:

maybe some error on their backend, i am using paxum almost 4 or 5 years now didn't had any single problem. withdrawing about $3k - 4k every week

Never had an issue with paxum, you should contact costumer service for they to check on you issue.

As mentioned, I was waiting for the reply from support when opened the thread but just wanted to hear more experiences and opinions.

They have replied, and either didn´t read my ticket for replying or I expressed myself horribly wrong. Basically, they have replied there is a fee associated with a withdraw and I can see fee conditions on my account dashboard.

I replied telling this is not about fees but about why isn´t amount requested sent to my bank account, let´s see if I am luckier now.

I made a transaction yesterday from Paxum to My bank account $650 with ease. And Support team is really quick to respond too.. You might have had hard time, lol but you can trust them. However, I generally transfer money to my Payza account with 0.2% fee using https://changex.com

OK, is all sorted and I feel really stupid now, lol

As I told you until now all my withdraws were for $$$ amounts, since this one were for $,$$$ I was putting wrong the quantity to withdraw, to be exact on first attempt after converting to € the quantity was €1,388 to be exact, so I put to withdraw €1.380 to cover fee, and their system detects I want to withdraw €1,38, second time the same but with €1.370.

So I was putting wrong the number and that´s why it happened, I had to put €1380 instead, oh well, $17 in fees directly to the trash, but my money is going to my bank account now as usual.

Thank you guys for commenting and get involved with your opinions, again I feel totally stupid now, but thought I should clarify what happened just in case someone else reads can know there is no problem with paxum at all, it was totally my fault.

Yes I got scammed by them recently - its been 2 weeks since they processed my EFT and I never got the money.

I have been using Paxum since 2011, never had a SINGLE issue with them, EFT payments always get to my bank account, their customer service is top (compared with Payoneer for example)

Yeah you made a newbie mistake, then you post on a public forum asking if they are a "scam"...

Agree, Ive been waiting nearly 4 weeks for my EFT withdrawal which aparently was completed - I never got the money, support keep telling me same bullshit over and over - 100% scam.

I never used Paxum however one of my CPA networks has an option to use Paxum and it's a pretty legit CPA network so I don't think they would allow scam...

In CashInPills we are using Paxum as one of the payments methods for many years now and we as well as our affiliates had no problems with it whatsoever. They always pay money on time and none of our partners got scammed by them.

Same here I got some issue about this paxum they limited my account and I can withdraw. Then I upload plenty ids so thry remove my limeted then they not accept so I,decide to close my paxum account and requesting to trandsfer my funds to a card before they closed . After that I received an email from them that they already closed my account and saying they will send my out standing balance after that I responds that when they send mu funds but all they say that my balance account was voided how could rhis happned before thwy closed my account I have 189 usd there but now thwy telling me that the balance is voided this paxum is totally scam I pay for thier service about 45 usd then they do this to me hopw u guys are take some acxtion to this paxum so they learn thier lesson

I am currently going through a paxum nightmare, I also thought they were reliable and did not have any significant issues with them for years. Recently they closed my account, never told me anything and cannot get any reason or even a reasonable response. Just the old standard "Your situation was forwarded to the appropriate department. Once an answer is available, you will be notified."

Their support stinks, and they minus well not even list a phone number. You call and no one answers, you leave a voicemail and then you get a response via email a day or two later saying "We have tried calling you back but a connection could not be established." You actually have to dial to "establish a connection".

The only positive is that I did not have any money in there. Be very careful if you have an account with them, if you are thinking of signing up, DO NOT, use any method but Paxum.
