Reblogging on Instagram

I need something to quick reblog on Instagram. I'm not talking about downloading pictures and then uploading manually, but something that lets you select the picture with the caption and upload from your own account on a Desktop.

I don't think so. In IFTTT, Instagram is available as a trigger channel only and not as an action channel. You can't perform an action on Instagram based on a trigger. It's only the other way around.
