Language is not even a factor here. We have some of the best guides here and elsewhere from people who don't have English as their first language.

Of course if after watching your videos other youtubers wonder how did you get so many subs there is a problem and that just mean that what you are making dosn't worth it.

This method works for youtubers making gaming video where it's very comon to make let's plays or playing to some games together.
There are tens of thousands of youtubers between 10 and 50k subs. Just be social and ask if they are interested in making some video together. If your videos are good and you make more views than him he will accept.

well op you are creative you can come with a plan that doesn't involve defraud other people, let say you create this "fake channel" you can still get some videos to rank for long tail terms that can intrested your
youtuber friend, offer him a link to his channel/videos from those ranked videos of yours. in return for some kind of cooperation, make it a WIN WIN deal so it will last long, and this will give your channel the initial kick start you need, good luck!
