To reinstate your site, you must significantly change the content to conform to our guidelines. Only after making those changes should you submit a reconsideration request in order to have your content included in Google Search results.
Fix this problem now:
1

Update your pages to meet Google Webmaster Guidelines

Make sure that your revised content is original and relevant to your site.

2
Submit a reconsideration request

Remember: We reject reconsideration requests consisting of empty or blank sites. Include any details or documentation about what content you have changed.

"

What do you suggest i do to get re accepted again?
Please advice

This means one of two things or both.

1. You got a content quality penalty.
2. You got a duplicate content penalty.

//

Change the content on your website - make it Original & High Quality then submit a reconsideration request.

From hereinafter, stop posting crappy, spun content on your websites.

Greetings girmal5,

To recover from Penalties you should:

1. Make sure that you did NOT over-optimize your anchor texts (this can result in Google Penguin Penalty) If you build links only with specific anchor text, then it is obvious for Google that you try to manipulate rankings. We talked with people who claimed that they use various anchor texts in their link building campaign, but when they actually did a deep analysis, they realized, that even though they had links with 100 different anchor texts, 95% of the links were targeted to only 2-3 keywords. This also doesn’t correspond to Natural Anchor Text Distribution Formula and can result in Google Penguin Penalty.

2. Do NOT build too many links too fast (this can result in Google Penguin Penalty) It is obvious that when you get hundreds of new backlinks without a proper reason, it may look unnatural. Start building links with 5-10 links per week and then slowly increase this number.
The links should be built gradually. If you had many spammy links - disallow it .

3. Check your website for junk or duplicate content (this can result in Google Panda Penalty)

4. Remove automatically generated content (this can result in Google Panda Penalty) Your content should be written for people to keep them on the website, otherwise high bounce rate may have a negative effect on your rankings. This is the main method of Panda recovery: get rid of all the duplicated or useless content or close it from indexing, using a robots.txt file.

5. Remove site-wide links (this can result in Google Penguin Penalty).

After you follow all steps submit your website for reconsideration.

Check the duplicate contents, content related to your niche or not, spammy comments, and check backlinks.
If your website with low-quality backlinks, disavow the backlinks and submit the reconsideration request.

Create a content with good quality that related to your site, and create more back links to your site that are relevant.
After that go for the submission process.

Google always have bad meet with duplicate content.
So, Try to re write your content or remove spammy content.
Content should be unique and interesting also interconnected with your niche.
Use good keywords and quality backlinks.
Make your site to be seems as natural and submit for reconsideration.
Hopes good.

Don't use duplicate content. always use the high quality content to avoid from penalties.

Avoid using duplicate/spammy content on your site. I suggest you to create good quality unique content and remove all the spammy content/backinks, then submit for reconsideration. Good luck!
