Can you lock in on a keyword and backlink your Twitter account?

You can name your acc, name your twitter acc's link using keyword and add the backlink in your profile description.
Post some useful stuff and I think your acc will somehow show up in search results.

Why using only one acc? If you want to blow it up in a short time - make something like 30-50+ accs, use bot for posting/following/unfollowing. You can also buy some fake followers to increase follow back rate.

Yes it's possible for low competition keywords with low search.

I've tested to rank both twitter and fanpage accounts for high competition keywords. Most of them can't even touch Top 5.

Yep, and even if you get them ranking, it's much easier to bank from a real money site than from a twitter account with a bunch of messages with a 140 character limit.
