Well it's not specifically about SEO but I guess it's the most relevant forum.

So recently I decided that I want brand my own design phyisical not digital product and before I start the production I would like to become expert as much as possible in ranking,marketing,getting leads to my website and better conversion rate ( and also especialyl rank on the sales channels like Ebay and the likes of it )

What kind of things do I need to learn?
What kind of SEO and advertising and all..

For now I am studying copywriting.. what else?

Start building authority websites in the same niche as your physical product and when you start ranking, you'll be more proficient and would be able to know how to rank your main brand. If you want to build a good brand, try not to go with strategies that are too risky since you want to have your main product website for the long run. But you can risk it with the other websites where you can start learning. Okay so let me ask one specific question.. if my product is just a simple home decoration nothing I can start blogging about something pretty blunt ( doesnt mean there isnt demand ) plus I am not really a good writer.. can I still accomplish my mission without blogging ?

Will you be selling the product or will it be distributed to retailers?
Where will the product be manufactured?
Do you need to patent your idea?
What is the minimum order quantity?
Where will you hold the stock?
You need to fully understand the product manufacturing process and then decide how you want to distribute it.
