Everybody says that Adfly is a waste of a time and that it's better to move on to other methods that worth your time.

Try YouTube maybe. Facebook is a possibility too, but hardly will pay off. Where do you live? In the vast majority of countries it doesn't pay off.

If you're gonna do url shorteners use bc.vc or something instead, adfly rates suck.

I wouldn't even touch adfly, they is so many methods on this forum, i would try starting with youtube if you are looking at a startup with no investment required.
