Does this mean if I want to check SERP I should run no more than 3 threads? I have the lowest introductory package. This service is not really for a small time user like me is it? OR am I doing something wrong.

I got a review copy from OP, and I received the report in a month or so. I checked the links and around 60% of them were indexed which is amazing. This is important as most of the link building services I used in the past only gave you the report and did not even bother to index the links. But somehow OP makes sure that most of the links are indexed.
And as for SERP, it's still dancing heavily over a week and I don't even bother as I used his service to build a natural link profile. And he delivered it as stated on his thread. The links I received are from web2.0, edu blogs and profiles, doc submission, social network posts and much more. He also used a good portion of anchor text distribution and not blast them with full keywords which mean OP knows what he's doing.
