Top content finder for Instagram, Twitter, & Imgur

Hello, I'd like to know if there's a way to find all content posted on instagram, twitter and imgur in the past 3 years, and filter them basing on the number of "likes" & similar. I mean, show only content with more than X likes.

Current tools like websta shows all the items published on instagram for a specific hashtag, but it pulls also the content with 0 likes. Is there any way to show only content with more than X likes?

Holly crap man, I think only IG would know this. Why do you want to know the most liked pics? They are probably reused tons and tons of times anyway.

Not the most liked, but the ones with more than X likes. Imagine that you're following an hashtag and you want to repost the best content, as soon as possible. You can follow that hashtag and ignore all the thousands of content with 0 likes.

The closest thing that I know exists is BuzzSumo, I don't know if it would help. But you can certainly make a scraper that would look at a hashtag and download all images that have more than X likes.

I saw BuzzSumo, unfortunatly it doesn't fetch from social media like instagram from what I know.
