How do you / do your rotating proxies differ from other proxy providers?
- Well first of all, we're Proxymillion, and if you're familiar with our other sales thread where we offer traditional proxies, you know that we do things a bit differently. Our traditional proxy customers specifically asked for rotating proxies by us because other providers weren't cutting it for them. They'd use back connect setups that would connect you to free, public proxies. Some even worse: hacked servers. Or connections were simple shared by many others meaning you could never scrape safely because someone else could be doing the same thing, at the same time, on the same proxies. And then there were those with quality proxies, but just a very tiny proxy pool.

What payment methods do you support?

- HTTP(S)! We don't support SOCKS, and have no plans to do so in the near future.
Do you support user/pass or IP authorization?
- Our rotating proxies are IP auth only. However you're free to add as many IPs for access as you want. No silly limitations there You can manage your IP authorization 24/7 in my.proxymillion.com.
How big is the proxy pool?
- As of 2016-03-21 we have a little over 20.000 private proxies that all the rotating proxies rotate through. That means that it will take well over 70 days before a single access port has the same outgoing IP twice. In fact, even with our biggest packages, you won't see the same IP on any of the access ports twice for well over 12 hours.
How many subnets do you offer?
- Currently a little over 320 unique C-Classes
What's this about the auto-expanding proxy pool?
- Simple: we have a fixed amount of access ports that we sell that is limited to the amount of proxies in the pool (otherwise it could never be private, remember ;-)). But, if our customer base grows, so will the proxy pool, and everyone will benefit! So invite your friends - we'll even throw in a finder's fee if you do. Contact support for more info!
Are these proxies suitable for social media?
- No, we explicitly block access to Instagram and advise heavily against using these proxies for any sort of account creation. Reason being that you won't have access to the same IP for well over 70 days after it rotates away from the current proxies.
Are they suitable for scraping?
- YES! These proxies ar a dream for any sort of scraping or data acquisition job. In fact these proxies will be the only proxies you're ever going to need ever again for GSA, uBot, Longtail Pro, Advanced Web Ranking (Desktop), SEnukeXCr, SEO PowerSuite, Market Samurai, Scrapebox, Xrumer, custom Python/PHP scripts and whatever else uses proxies for data gathering!
Are the IPs I will get sequential?
- No! They're all fully shuffled. Nor will you get the same IPs back-to-back if you have sequential rotating proxies. We know what's good for you ;-)
