Is fixing Manual Action with Google Getting Difficult or am i using a Blonde SEO?

i had my money site, an authoritative site over 150 pages, created 3 years ago ranking. Last November i got a manual action in google. I started new sites afresh, and hired someone to fix it. I have tried disavowing links 6 times and every time i disavow it gets rejected since November.I am here to seek help. Someone guide me what to do now.

Is fixing a manual action difficult or i hired a blonde SEO to fix the (disavow). 6 rejections?

I dunno dude, having the disavow / reconsideration request rejected six times sounds off to me. The SEO that you hired must be doing more of a trial and error and is not doing a very good job with it.

t0mmy's guide is definitely good, although I wouldn't wait 30-60 days between outreaches.

6 rejections is a lot and probably means three things:

1. Unnatural link penalties require active link removal. A disavow is ok for algorithmic stuff like Penguin, a disavow is ok for links you can't get removed, but Google expects you to remove the majority of the links violating their guidelines. The lazy "we just disavow" approach never works. Make sure to document which links were removed, this list should be contained the the reinclusion request.

2. You may have picked the wrong links. Unnatural link penalties target PBN links, paid links, guest posts, especially with hard anchors. The good, but manipulative stuff. The really spammy stuff isn't handled manually, but with Penguin.

3. We usually add some sort of explanation to reinclusion requests. How did the violation happen (no need to call names)? How did you inform yourself about the guidelines? What steps did you take to fix the problem (include list, spreadsheet of removed links)? How can you assure no further violations will happen in the future? Maybe not mandatory, but you are dealing with actual humans. Make them think "Ok, the guy understood why he got a manual action, took care to learn about our terms in detail and he won't do it again".

Don't believe me? I did more than 50 reinclsions for clients with a 100% success rate, never took more than 3 tries.
 
The fact that you've been rejected 6 times already might be decreasing your overall chances of success since all of that is most probably archived with all the information about the manual slap. So your next attempt should be done really really well. Unfortunately with Google being the black box that it is, the definition of "really really well" is quite fuzzy.
 
Unless you disavow ALL or most links, you will go back and forth quite a few times.

Basically they want you to remove all the links that look unnatural to them, which is most of the time 90+% of the links.

If you have any whitehat links in there, leave them, wipe out the rest.
 
thank you for the support. Since i dont have the time to do it, i have decided to drop my former and use this guys. I will be giving an update on this thread how it went after getting 5 rejections with my former SEO who i will name in this thread.

Finally i am here to put my update.....

John nailed it on one attempt, my penalty is gone fewwwWWW. So happy, the guy just took 15 days. The report was so detailed, he really did his assignment. Cheap is expensive, the previous SEO was so cheap and i am so sad that other clients are suffering on his hands.
It seems so easy for this guy.... i am very grateful for his help that i have given him a second domain.
