Proxies seem to be a common thing around here, but I came to need them for a project I'm working on and thought I'd see if this app would be useful for anyone. It basically grabs a listing of proxies from different sources, tests the proxy to ensure it works, tries to get the geo-location, looks to see if it's in any blacklists, and then tries to determine if the proxy attempts anything malicious (JS payload, different page source, etc.). I haven't completed the project yet (C#, if it matters), but thought this would be a good place to share it. Again, this type of thing is probably pretty common, but if anyone thinks they have a use for it, please just reply and I'll post it once it's complete.

Add a feature to test the proxies against a particular website (facebook.com, instagram.com for example) so after scraping you can filter the proxies for a particular website.
