I run the search/scraping/quality checking after the order is placed. But if you do not like the domain or if there is a problem I will re-do the order or refund you.
I have re-done a few orders when a buyer expressed an issue before, and have give a couple of refunds due to people purchasing and changing their minds.

No worries I understand PM sent!
I don't check for index simply because the domains I find have often been expired long enough for google to temporarily de-index them. Google doesn't keep expired domains indexed for long. Once the domain is registered and updated with content or something it usually takes a couple of days to index again. I check all forms of spam to make sure it isn't penalized.

If for any reason it doesn't index i'll replace it.

Some of the domains are indexed, others have been expired long enough for google to de-index them, but once you register the domain and use it, Google will index it usually within a couple of days.

I offer refunds/re-dos if the domain doesn't index, but I have never had that happen ever!

Great to hear that Google will index the long expired domains. I got a domain with great metrics, however was just wondering if I should submit the domain to Google. Thanks for the update, I recommend the service.
