Proxies located in California?

I was wondering if VPN, or proxy providers sell proxies for California. I have tried PIA and it seem good, but it would be nice to have the more fine grain control over proxy IPs available in California cities. Yelp is kind of stingy when it comes to Ips. If you have tried other service provider that have or sell geo targeted Ip's It would be quite helpful it cracking Yelp's algorithm. Thanks.

HMA is a NO go for yelp. They have leaks on chrome. I used multiple sites and one of the show my real IP.

hma have their ips shared betwen their users, you can not use hma for a social media website.
for yelp I recommend a virgin yelp proxy from a reputable provider, or you can use a dedicated vpn.
