I have tried them out. The RDPs are just an account made on a dedicated server. It is shared with many other users which is quite similar to how shared hosting compares to a VPS.
With a VPS, you get full Admin rights, with rdp user accounts, you do not get Administrator rights.
I hope that helps clear up any confusion with RDP User accounts and a VPS.
Overall, the rdp accounts works great but if you need admin privileges you better seek a VPS instead.

Yes but your data and work will not be disclosed to any other user this is why we have made this limit access to users.
