Hi mate,my site used some SEO serivces but got bad result instead of high ranking for main keywords.Enter: site:domainname.com on Google,you can find some title tags of SERPs were changed by Google, e.g., orginal title tags-keyword 1, please note that "keyword 1" is a main one ranked by seo service before I used. In fact, most of SERPs indexed of my site were changed so, and so many webpages which not related to keyword 1 were changed their SERP title.

Another problem is: There're some webpages have not been indexed because I changed the title tags of them so far.

Based on the above,could you please tell me can I buy SEO service now? If can, wil Google still change title tags? On the other hand, so many webpages have not been indexed, will any link building be usefull? Is it available just rank the pages which have been indexed?
