Following manually on fresh account limit?

Hey I started this account 3 days ago and I have posted 12 pictures. I'm not running any bots on the account but i'm manually following aproxximately 400 people everyday. Is that too much even though I'm not using a bot?

Obviously it is not a problem, if OP haven't been blocked from following people.

400 people day on a fresh account is not a problem, just stick to that for a while and then test your limits as you reach 2 weeks and 1 months of age.

It's still not a big problem. But it's better to wait until 1-2 months until you follow more ppl
